• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for size issues, damages, or defects.
• Sale items, accessories, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Email us at support@mriganka.in within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
• Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
• Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit of equal value.
